Responsibilities:

PC Repair for the Town, Police, Volunteer Emergency Services, Senior Center, Town Garage and Public School District computers
Working with vendors on warranty replacements for desktops and laptops which are still under warranty
Managing and maintaining the Listserv used by the Town and Public School District
Developing and modifying scripts and tools to automate common technician tasks
Removing Malware, Greyware, Spyware, and viruses from infected computers
Providing support through the help desk to end users
Installing / upgrading software as needed
Performing repairs on printers as needed
Running new network cabling to newly installed or relocated equipment
Developing automated login scripts for student use laptops
Performing maintenance on computers as needed
Setting up for and assisting with presentations for the public hosted by the First Selectman and/or Superintendent
